We recognise success through a series of stage-gates similar to martial arts - building clear development path for our youth. Our youth start as ‘Freshman’s in College’ just as they would in the states, working through all-4 levels of College training before progressing to the ‘Pros’ to build their career and establish their legacy! At the end of every term, we will hold a testing day to reassess progression in key skills.
